Sandra G. Johnson, CPA, EA, CFE graduated from SUNY College at Old Westbury with a BS in Accounting. She is the president of Sandra G. Johnson, CPA, P.C., an accounting and tax practice located at 206 Pettit Avenue, Bellmore, NY 11710.
In addition to running her business Sandy is Executive Vice President of the National Conference of CPA Practitioners, immediate Past President of the Long Island Center for Business and Professional Women and Past President of the Chamber of Commerce of the Bellmores. She is a member of the NYS Society of CPAs and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Sandy lectures extensively on numerous business and tax topics. Her lectures have been presented at the Long Island Tax Symposium, National Conference of CPA Practitioners, Accounting Today's Growth and Profitability Summit, NYS Society of CPAs, Hofstra University's Continuing Education College, the Small Business Development Center at SUNY Farmingdale and at numerous local clubs and organizations. Sandy is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of New York, an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service and a Certified Fraud Examiner. She is the 2010 recipient of the Town of Hempstead Pathfinder Award in Business, the 2010 NYS Assembly Women of Distinction Award, 2010, 2011 and 2012 winner of the LI Press Best of LI and the 2007 recipient of the Nassau Council of Chambers of Commerce Small Businessperson of the Year award. She is a former adjunct professor at SUNY College of Old Westbury and Five Towns College, teaching accounting and business management.
